¿Sabes que para ser creativo no es necesario ser artista?

La palabra creatividad tiene su origen en el latín. Su raíz está relacionada con creativus, creativa, creativum adjetivo derivado del verbo creare cuyo significado es engendrar, producir, elegir, nombrar, crear. A la raíz creativi- se le agrega el sufijo –dad que denomina los abstractos de cualidad. Puede considerarse entonces, como el concepto etimológico de este término: la cualidad o capacidad de engendrar, producir, crear.

Todos somos creativos, pues crear puede ser la capacidad de expresarse (nombrar), la de encontrar una solución a una situación (engendrar, producir), la de gestionar las emociones (elegir), la de tener imaginación (crear), la de reconocerse como ser único, etc…

¿Cómo puedes desarrollar la capacidad creativa que posees?

Lo primero es el tiempo y el espacio. Recomiendo un momento de ocio en un contexto de confianza para favorecer la libre expresión de las ideas, emociones y deseos. Un lugar donde poder equivocarte una y otra vez, sin juicios. Un entorno seguro donde aprender a resolver las dudas .

Una de las maneras más sencillas de desarrollar la creatividad es a partir de técnicas expresivas, como las que ofrece el arte en general. 

Con la metodología que aprendí de Tiga y con técnicas de atención plena entre otras , se pasa por las diferentes etapas del proceso creativo. Al pasar por ellas, puedes ir viendo dónde se encuentran tu potencial y tus dificultades o áreas de mejora. 

Sintiendo el cuerpo y en particular las sensaciones que te producen el pincel, el color y el soporte, tomando consciencia de estas sensaciones. Dándose cuenta de lo que se necesita poner y del cómo se hace. Viendo cómo te relacionas con lo que haces y si puede llegar al otro. Disfrutando de la entrega a la experiencia. Sintiendo satisfacción y relajación. Es decir, trabajando desde dentro hacia fuera, conectando con el disfrute del descubrimiento y de la niñez. 

El lienzo estará ahí para ti, para ensayar, equivocarte, volver a empezar, sorprenderte, verte, darte, disfrutarte, aprenderte, compartirte, mostrarte, conocerte, ampliarte y relajarte.

Próximamente, vuelvo a retomar en Santiago de Compostela las sesiones semanales individuales o en grupo (3 personas max.). Aprenderás el ciclo creativo y a manejar los colores. Por ello no es necesario que tengas conocimientos de pintura. Y si ya tienes nociones de pintura, para descubrirte desde otro lugar, para volver a inspirarte, para detectar dónde puedes estar bloqueándote, boicoteándote o perdiéndote el disfrute. Volver a aprender, a ver y hacer desde otro lugar puede resultar gratificante.
